Online orders are shipped from our location in Woodstock, Georgia, USA.

• In Stock Items. Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days.
• Special Order / Back Order Items. Most dyed-to-order yarns are processed and shipped within 7 days. Back order or special order items generally ship within 14 days. These items are subject to availability from our suppliers. We will keep you notified of any delays or cancellations. All items in your order will be shipped together.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Holidays and inclement weather may cause delays in shipment. FYNFibers.com cannot be responsible for delays or loss caused by our shipping partners, but we will do our best to assist should a shipping problem arise.

You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order and another notification when your order ships, which will include a tracking number. If you have not received these notifications within two business days, please check your spam folder, and then reach out to us at FYNFibers@Gmail.com.

Our preferred shipping methods are USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. We reserve the right to change shipping fees and methods as we find necessary. Should you have special shipping requests please contact us before placing an order. We also offer UPS and Fedex shipping options.

Domestic (USA and territories)
Our special Start-up rate is $3.99 for USPS Ground Advantage. FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $199 (free shipping will be via USPS Ground Advantage & is not insured.)

Canada and Other International
Standard & Expedited shipping available. Canadian and other International orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage will be uninsured. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Delivery time can be up to 14 days to Canada and up to 31 days to other destinations. FYNFibers.com is not responsible for packages that are delayed in customs or lost in transit. FYNFibers.com does not collect customs fees. Customs fees are determined by each country, and you may be charged by your local customs office. We cannot, under any circumstances, label any purchase as a gift. All orders will be accurately marked as merchandise, with the actual retail value specified.

Free Local Pickup (limited area)
If you live in Metro Atlanta or would like to meet at a fiber festival or other event where we are attending, you can choose to pick up your order. We’ll do our best to arrange a place and time that works for both of us. Guild meetings, non-LYS craft gatherings or social events are great places for us to deliver your order to you!

Shipping Fee Calculations

All fees (other than special flat rate or free options) are calculated by our shipping partners. Due to world conditions, shipping rates are currently high, and we agree that it sucks. We'll try to help out whenever we can.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express via Woo Payments, and also accept PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. Venmo or cash may be accepted for local pickup orders. Your card is charged when you place your order, using PCI compliant technology that is provided by Woo Payments Service. Charges may appear on your account as FYN Company LLC, the name of our parent company. 

Use of FYNFibers.com discounts or coupon codes are subject to certain terms, conditions and restrictions including, but not limited to the following:  

• Limit of one coupon or discount offer per order
• Not valid with any other offer
• Void if transferred or reproduced
• No cash value
• Most promotional offers exclude sale items

Warranty Help

FYN company LLC offers no warrantee on products, however many products we carry are warranteed by their manufacturers. If you have a warranty concern regarding a product you purchased from FYN Fibers, let us help. We can confirm whether your item is under warranty and possibly provide assistance in having it replaced or repaired, depending on the manufacturer’s policy. We will try to help make the process convenient and efficient for you.

Warranty Return Shipping

If your item has been purchased in the last 90 days, we will supply a prepaid shipping label for your product return. We will also cover outgoing shipping charges on a replacement or repaired item. If it has been more than 90 days since the purchase, please contact us regarding warranty details before shipping the product to FYN Fibers. We will pay outgoing shipping charges on a replacement or repaired item, if found to still be under manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty Determination

Warranty replacement and repair may be subject to manufacturer verification. Warranties do not cover normal wear-and-tear,  misuse or flaws in natural items.

By visiting FYNFibers.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and FYNFibers.com.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to FYNFibers.com or to products you purchase through FYNFibers.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Georgia, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate FYNFibers.com 's intellectual property rights, FYNFibers.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Georgia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
