Accounts use an email address for your username and customer-specified passwords for authentication. Passwords are encrypted when they are transmitted. All information requested from customers, including account creation and payment information, is entered on secured pages, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection. Please note that email messages are not encrypted. Please do not send credit card information via an email message.
Email Marketing. If you opt to subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored securely on a third-party server until you unsubscribe. The information stored is accessible only to FYN Fibers and is limited to an email address as well as customer’s first and last name.
About Cookies. FYNFibers.com may use cookies to store information about the products you view, as well as items placed in your cart. Cookies enable you to view a list of products you’ve recently viewed and allow you to resume shopping where you left off. Cookies contain no personal information.

Comments. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
