These "tic-tac” sized pieces allow you to join larger needle tips to small gauge cables. These come as a set of 2 in each package. Made from stainless steel.

The Small to Mini adapter will allow you to go from a [S] interchangeable TWIST/FORTE tip (US2-8/2.75-5mm, in most instances) to a [M] interchangeable TWIST/SWIV360 cable.

The Large to Small adapter will allow you to go from a [L] interchangeable TWIST/FORTE tip (US9-15/5.5-10mm, in most instances) to a [S] interchangeable TWIST/SWIV360 cable.
