Returns & Exchanges

All sales through this website are final and may not be returned or exchanged. If any item in your order is damaged or missing, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly correct the issue and cover all shipping costs associated with the return.

No returns or exchanges are allowed on digital pattern purchases. This includes purchases made via FYNFibers.com, Ravelry.com, Etsy or any other method.

Shipping

Online orders are shipped from our location in Woodstock, Georgia, USA.

• In Stock Items. Most orders are processed and shipped within two business days. 
• Special Order / Back Order Items. Most dyed-to-order yarns are processed and shipped within 14 days. Back order or special order items within 14 days generally ship within 14 days. These items are subject to availability from our suppliers. We will keep you notified of any delays or cancellations. All items in your order will be shipped together.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Holidays and inclement weather may cause delays in shipment. FYNFibers.com cannot be responsible for delays or loss caused by our shipping partners, but we will do our best to assist should a shipping problem arise.

You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order and another notification when your order ships, which will include a tracking number. If you have not received these notifications within two business days, please check your spam folder, and then reach out to us at FYNFibers@Gmail.com.

Our preferred shipping methods are USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. We reserve the right to change shipping fees and methods as we find necessary. Should you have special shipping requests please contact us.

  $18.99 Standard Shipping
• Other International
  $29.99 Standard Shipping
  Canadian and other International orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and will be uninsured. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Delivery time can be up to 14 days to Canada and up to 21 days to other destinations. FYNFibers.com is not responsible for packages that are delayed in customs or lost in transit.
  FYNFibers.com does not collect customs fees. Customs fees are determined by each country, and you may be charged by your local customs office. We cannot, under any circumstances, label any purchase as a gift. All orders will be accurately marked as merchandise, with the actual retail value specified.
• Free Local Pickup (limited area)
  If you live in Metro Atlanta or would like to meet at a fiber festival or other event where we are attending, you can choose to pick up your order. We’ll do our best to arrange a place and time that works for both of us. Guild meetings, non-LYS craft gatherings or social events are great places for us to deliver your order to you!

Payment Information

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Venmo may be accepted for local pickup orders. Your card is charged when you place your order, using PCI compliant technology that is provided by GoDaddy Payments Service. Charges may appear on your account as FYN Company LLC, the name of our parent company. 

Discounts / Coupon Codes 

 Use of FYNFibers.com discounts or coupon codes are subject to certain terms, conditions and restrictions including, but not limited to the following:  · Limit of one coupon or discount offer per order.  · Not valid with any other offer.  · Void if transferred or reproduced.  · No cash value.  · Most promotional offers exclude sale items.  · Discounts or coupon codes will not be applied retroactively to orders, nor past their expiration dates.
