 Warranty Help

Several products we carry are covered by warranty by their manufacturers. If you have a warranty concerning a product you purchased from FYN Fibers, let us help. We can confirm whether your item is under warranty and possibly provide assistance in having it replaced or repaired, depending on the manufacturer’s policy. We will try to help make the process convenient and efficient for you.

Warranty Return Shipping

If your item has been purchased in the last 90 days, we will supply a prepaid shipping label for your product return. We will also cover outgoing shipping charges on a replacement or repaired item. If it has been more than 90 days since the purchase, please contact us regarding warranty details before shipping the product to FYN Fibers. We will pay outgoing shipping charges on a replacement or repaired item, if found to still be under manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty Determination

Warranty replacement and repair may be subject to manufacturer verification. Warranties do not cover normal wear-and-tear,  misuse or flaws in natural items.

By visiting FYNFibers.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and FYNFibers.com.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to FYNFibers.com or to products you purchase through FYNFibers.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Georgia, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate FYNFibers.com 's intellectual property rights, FYNFibers.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Georgia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
